Americold Logistics takes yard management across the enterprise

Americold, a leading 3^rd party supplier of supply chain solutions in North America has successfully implemented Yard Smart at a 12^th site. Americold is the largest provider of temperature controlled food distribution services in North America with 100 locations.

The C3 implementation team worked with the Americold Yard Smart project team for the first two implementations of the system using C3's 'Project in Motion' methodology. With this method, and the success of the initial Yard Smart implementations, the Americold project team was able to take ownership of further deployments.
