Assessing the severity of an issue

Below is a description of the various severity levels. Please ensure to submit the issue with the proper severity level.

Critical : Environment is down.
High: Environment is working; issue impacts yard operations, no workaround available.
Medium: Issue impacts yard operations but a temporary workaround is available.
Low: Issue doesn't impact yard operations and/or workaround is available.

C3 Business Hours: 8:30 - 17:00 EST

Note that there will be fees charged for calls outside of regular C3 business hours for non emergencies or minor issues.

What Do I Do First?

If you’ve encountered an issue with Yard Smart your first instinct should always be to reach for the user guide (F1 in most YS applications). If you don’t find the answer there, assess the severity of the issue and then report the issue in the section below.
